you said this was a special occasion not a party so I say use the Megan fox look but maybe make the eye a little more smokey that way you will look very classy and hot. good luck in which every you choose.
My pick is look #3, it's so gorgeous and also makes your hazel green eyes pop! Since it would be a special occasion, a glam look like that would suit well.
