Not sure what to call this look, I was gonna called it Romantic Date Night Look but any sure, it will be up tomorrow (Monday) If you have a suggestion let me know. :)
I feel I should explain my comments on SPF that I made in my last video. I don't wear SPF everyday, I am aware you can still get sun damage through clouds but as I said I will be wearing a foundation with SPF of 15-17 which is enough I feel on cloudy days considering my skin type especially when I rarely leave the house. I don't go out every day, specially when it's not a nice day! I go out in the evening after work which is usually after 6pm. Might sound boring but I work from home so I have no reason to leave the house during the day.
I didn't want to lie and say " Oh I ALWAYS wear it, everyday!" though I knew this would be the back lash. I do always wear SPF on holiday or in the summer but the MAIN reason I don't wear it is because I breakout so easily it's hard for me to want to wear SPF just because there might be a chance I could be outside for a few minutes during the day.
I think it's great that you wear SPF everyday. I would always encourage friends and subscribers to protect the skin but I don't wear SPF unless I am out and about and lets face it when its cloudy and miserable who is out any ways, not me!
I should have realised I needed to explain that more in the video. I feel pretty stupid about it, that my comments were taking the wrong way. - Sinead.
Here is my "Not Quite A Make-up Tutorial (But exactly like one!)"
Video from the 8th April 2012
This was my typical make up look for a day of shopping with my sister, Treena and friend Sarah (aka Makeupbysaz) for her birthday. I also did an OOTD. (Linked below)
I don't wear my make-up much like this any more, I am hoping next Friday to do a similar type of video but updated so I will post that once it's done.
I'm a bit of a freak about hair, I hate hair on my legs!
I've tried waxing (had a terrible reaction that scarred me from doing it again)
I've tried my using my epilator (which hurts my a female dog!)
So I usually just shave but this time I tried Veet Hair Removal Cream
How much do you need?
I bought the 100ml cream and it only just about covered both legs from the top to the toes. You need to cover the legs in a even layer, don't rub it in, let it sit on the skin.
I would think you'd get two "half leg" application out of it.
Was it hard to use?
It comes with a little spatula thing that helps to blend it but I did apply it with my hands in the end because it was taking too long and you can't leave it for more then 10 mins so you must work quickly.
Wash hands right away!!
How long did it take?
I left it for 9 minutes only so I was totally sure the hair was gone but if you have sensitive skin I wouldn't leave it that long.
The results?
Smooth hairless skin after rinsing but leaves an almost plastic feeling but that fades. I apply fake tan the next evening as it recommend 24-48 hours between moisturising or tanning (fake or otherwise)
Did it last?
It lasted for about 3 days feeling smooth-ish but the 4-5 I could see hair growing back.
Did it work?
Overall I'm pretty happy with it, it's not the best things for the skin so I wouldn't use it regularly but I would definitely use it again before a holiday or event. Pretty happy with it!
When you want to add colour into your eye make-up it can be difficult to know where to start. The easiest way to add colour is monochromatic-ly (If that's a word)
In simple terms - Using different shades (light/dark) of the same tone (or hue)
Here's an example of a monochromatic purple make-up look:

I know Kandee Johnson is a fan but my brother Declan is a HUGE fan! He drinks a lot of red wine and suffers with sensitive teeth so he uses the whitening pen to get rid of the stains and he's teeth are lovely and naturally white now.

Day Four: Feet
I have talked before how much I hate my feet and when you plan on wearing cute shoes and sandals it can be tricky to know where to start but this is awesome - It's the Micropedi and I swear out of all the things I have ever tried this works!! My feet are so soft and smooth now it's like getting new feet!
I talk about it more here: You just have to skip ahead a bit :)

Day Three: Hair
Today I had a busy morning doing hair, tan, brows and nails for a client so I didn't get a chance to do my own brows and lashes like I'd hoped so instead I did my hair. I use this L'Oreal Elvive mask and WOW! my hair is like silk I love it! It feels fresh from root to tip and so smooth! Highly recommend this!
One a side note:
Getting acne/breakout free skin is going okay but I did get a rather large blemish on my left cheek which I was worried about so last night I use this -
It's the Simple Spotless Roll On and it actually worked! I couldn't believe it! I woke up this morning and it was half the size, scratch that, a third of the size it was going to bed I am so impressed gonna do a video on it! I can't believe I found a spot treatment that actually works!

Day Two: BODY
Time to scrub the noodle out of your skin! In preparation for my hair removal and tan later this week I want to get all the old skin off and bring any hair to the surface. So in the shower I scrubbed and buff the skin all over! For this I use my St. Moriz Scrub which I LOVE!
Check me out using it here :
To get my skin in tip top condition I finish with the Nivea Firming Lotionon my whole body andthe Cellulite Gel Creamon my legs and butt. I've been using this for the past few days and I feel a difference, I can't say if it's firmer or if it's just well conditioned but it doesn't feel different to me. With regards to the cellulite gel my skin does feel a little tighter but I haven't noticed a huge difference in the appearance of the cellulite so we will see....

Day One: SKIN
I've been sticking to my skincare routine really closely the last two weeks. If you are thinking of starting a new skin care routine start at least two/three months in advance to work out any kinks or issues you might have and once it starts working stick to it.
7-10 days before the event you can have a facial.
This will include a Deep Cleanse, Exfoliation, a Mask and a Moisturizing treatment.
If you have sensitive skin 10-15 days before would be best to allow the skin to heal but the main thing is to allow your skin time to recover - so the night before is a big NO NO!
For me I use my T-Zone Tea Tree Nose Strips which are great but I only use them every so often as they can do more harm than good sometimes.
For a deep cleanse I use my Neutrogena Visibly Clear Pink Grapefruit Facial wash.
I don't use an "exfoliator" but I use a warm cloth to remove my cleanser and this exfoliates without using an exfoliator. I prefer using this method.
I finished with the Simple Anti-Blemish Moisturiser. I only use this on the lower half of the face and my Murad Eye Cream.
